Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Aqua reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

All payments must be completed before order processing and shipping.

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, however delays caused by courier services or customs are beyond our control.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
